Cobre Builders currently offers an AETNA based medical insurance option. This benefit is offered to all full-time employees after a short probationary period. The employee's premium is paid 100% by the company. Additional options are available including adding dependents and or a spouse at a reduced group rate paid by the employee. Additional upgrade medical plans including an optional HSA plan are available at an extra premium cost to the employee.
Every full-time employee is offered 40 hours of paid time off (PTO). This time is accrued throughout the year. PTO starts accruing immediately and is available for use after a short probationary period.
Full-time employees are offered a 401k retirement savings plan. Thie employer matches up to 4% of the employee's contribution under this plan.
A Long-Term Disability Benefit is available and paid for by the employer. An option to add Short Term disability is available at group rates and paid for by the employee.
Cobre Builders offers an employer paid Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit at no cost to the employee. This benefit includes up to a $25,000 benefit. Additional group rate coverage is available at the employee's expense
Employer paid Telehealth benefits are offered to full-time employees. This benefit allows you to receive convenient care while in many cases avoiding additional healthcare costs associated with traditional medical benefits such as copays and deductibles. Benefits include General Medical, Mental Health, Dermatology, Nutrition and Neck/Back and Joint care.
